I've been enamored with the Titanic ever since I was a kid. I've lived in a small town my whole life, with a family who doesn't travel. I recently left that town, and this museum was one of my top 5 things to do this year. The staff were amazingly friendly, and they help keep the experience. The man that was on the stairs stopped the back group so I could get an amazing picture of the grand staircase. My only complaint, a lot of people treat it as a game. It's set up as a game (see if your person lived). A lot of people only see the 'game' aspect and don't relate it to the mass tragedy that happened. That of course is no fault to the museum, and I had an amazing experience regardless. It was just disheartening seeing the mass of names under 'deceased' and having kids run in yelling 'finally'.
This was one of the most memorable tours I have ever done. You are immediately immersed and vested in the exhibit by being introduced to one of the passengers. From there, you get a feel for what it wa like about ship, what was happening when the horrific happened and the stories of those who went through it. I will always remember this experience, both with awe and a slightly heavy heart for all those who went through it. Even the survivors could not have lived without being changed.
We really enjoyed the real life stories of the passengers, connecting with the specific ones in the cards we were given upon entry. The immersive experiences and the real memorabilia were special.
The fact there's new exhibits every year, friendly staff, calming music, fun gifts in the shop. This was my first visit since the ice cream shop opened. It was too cold for ice cream, but I still went in and bought more stuff
For starters, they are punctual at the time of starting the tour. From the beginning you are immersed in the history and contemplate every detail. I was particularly fascinated by the experience and I would repeat it. Undoubtedly an unforgettable visit.

The tickets were $5 less on Headout than at the door. The museum was fantastic, the human touch of the exhibits made it very memorable and left a lasting impression!
Everyone was friendly. Well organized event. The information provided about the Titanic was comprehensive and interesting.
The story about the lady and her children on my card. I love all things Titanic. This was a very moving exhibit. I teared up several times.
Loved the audio players. Exhibit with artifacts were outstanding. I loved info on various groups-children and Jewish passengers on board.
It was amazing experience.I highly recommend everyone to Visit . The staircase was absolutely stunning the artifacts was so cool
The exhibit was amazing my wife and I whete amazed. The girl playing piano was really good and brought out the emotions. Would recommend to anyone
It's a beautiful place and a whole interesting story and good to be found out that our characters survived. I feel very sorry about those who passed away in a such horrible way. It's very beautiful museum! We glad that we made it! Knew a lot of information about Titanic, tickets price etc. Would I recommend it?-Definitely!
4PM tour on Thursday Oct 30th. Zero wait time, not crowded at all, and no rush. People willing to take your pictures if you visit alone, but not the staff (per policy). I was delighted by what I’ve seen, though initially was hesitant whether to go or not to go due to the negative reviews. Cool gift shop, decently priced, I loved the uniforms of the staff and the allowance to take pictures. Self paced audio guided tour, but I didn’t use the audio device. Very well done museum for who’s passionate about the movie or the history of Titanic. Pleasant temperature inside and very clean. The only thing, I wish I knew a bit more about the impressive amount of artifacts, such as when were they recovered, for how much were they purchased, etc. I would recommend this museum.
The Titanic is a museum and very well exhibited. I'd encourage everyone that can go and see this. God can sink a ship this BIG!!!
The overall layout was simply suburb. The only complaint which screwed us out of going to our last stop on this trip was the wait. I felt like back in the military. Hurry up and wait. We got there and sat in a holding line for an hour. I don't understand why we have to get there early just to stand around and wait. We booked our time so we should've been inside the exhibit maybe 10-15 mins thereafter but to make us wait for an hour? Seems a bit unfair especially since we were given no notice or anything. We do trips like this every 4 years and the wait time really messed us up. Please look into streamlining your check in process.
In a town full of cheesy tourist traps like Ripleys and dinner shows, Hatfield vs McCoys or Pirates, the Titanic museum was spectacular. The entire set up of giving you a passenger card, the walking microphone, and allowing you to explore at your own pace was first class. Would recommend for anyone that has interest in what happened and who paid the ultimate price for luxury ride to the bottom of thr Atlantic
Museum was great, very interactive. Ticket process with Headout could not have been easier, very smooth and more importantly offered significant savings!
Everyone working was very nice, but this attraction needs something that is interactive such as a ride in a sub while watching footage of the dive and seeing how the relics were retrieved. Interesting but boring.
We loved the exhibit. Everything is clearly explained with plaques on the wall, but the sheer number of items and the crowds make it impossible to read it all. Still, a great experience!
We enjoyed that it was a self guided tour with the use if radios that we could listen to snd learn from survivors of yhe Titanic. We would highly recommend this experience
Everything about the Titanic Exhibit in Pigeon Forge is FANTASTIC!! There are tons of artifacts, pictures, interactive options and we LOVED the fact that it is the largest Titanic Exhibit!! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved the staircase and the bridge and the cold water display. Just amazing. My husband was not sure about going but absolutely LOVED it!!!!
It was amazing. I loved all the artifacts and just everything about the museum. I am so glad I took the time to go through it.
It is truly impressive, its history and the museum
Great experience had a blast.
